Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all our athletes.
We're open 6 days a week and offer differing morning and evening classes in the hopes of meeting the demands of your work and life schedule.

5am Monday-Tuesday--Wednesday-Thursday-Friday
6am Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday
9am Monday-Tuesday-Friday
3:00pm-4:30pm Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday, and Friday Improvement (Work on a skill, mobility or a lift)
5pm Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday
6pm Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday
7:30 pm Monday-Tuesday-Thursday
Saturday 9am-10am Community Workout
Every other Sunday we have Improvement (Work on a skill, mobility or a lift)
We do offer a drop-in rate for those fellow CrossFitters visiting from out of town for $20 per class or $50 for the week.
One on One coaching, please contact a coach to schedule!
